Had an amazing time with friends! We visited Shakespeare in the Park and loved the vibe at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The location is great for exploring. Just keep in mind to double-check any unexpected charges during checkout. Overall, a fun trip that I highly recommend!
Our bathroom door handle was broken, which was a bit annoying. Even after sharing our concerns, we didn't get any compensation or upgrade offers.

The hotel was nice and the location was really good. I was a bit surprised that they held our bags so we could explore the area, very nice touch.
It was pricey but I guess not too far off for what you get.

The English muffins at breakfast were a delightful treat that set my foodie heart aflutter! The location couldn't be better with nearby gems like Ajisen Ramen just a stone's throw away. Plus, the rooftop bar offered a cozy vibe for unwinding after a long day.
The shower situation was a drama, constantly fluctuating between boiling and freezing. Bummed that the rooftop bar was closed during my stay, but overall, the fun outweighs the flaws.

I stayed here with my family for one night while visiting a nearby attraction. The location was definitely a highlight, making it easy for us to get to Candytopia and various restaurants. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and we had to find alternatives for my grandchildren. The room was cozy, but it felt a bit cramped compared to what I'm used to. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are definitely areas needing improvement.
